Construction

The building permit was issued on April 27, 2021, under reference number OnK/38/2021. Construction began in June 2021. The construction journal, building permit, zoning conditions, and full project are available for inspection upon request. The open shell construction was carried out by the local construction company KOZBUD. Most of the contractors are local specialists, each working in their specific field, with defined warranty conditions for each type of work.
