Location

The house is located in a forest at the edge of the village of Ząbie. These forests are a paradise for mushroom pickers and are abundant with wildlife. The historical border of Warmia and Mazury runs through the village.

The house is within close proximity to three lakes: Lake Święte (950 m, one of the deepest lakes in the region), Lake Kiernoz Wielki (800 m, with a municipal beach), and Lake Łańskie (with a quiet zone), located 1.5 km away. Close to the village, there is a horse stud farm, a shop, and a fish fry. The intimate nature of the house and the local beauty make this place almost perfect.

The house is tucked away on the outskirts of the village, accessed by a private gated road.

Nearby, there are only large plots of land (5000/3000/20000 m²), so there are no concerns about dense development.
